From Stuck to Unstoppable

I guide action taking women to identify their own solutions, transforming your visions of your future, from imagination to reality, taking you from stuck to unstoppable.

What I Do

I will change the perception of therapy, from one of fear, to one of excitement and possibility, so that every woman can take back the very best version of themselves, becoming who they want to be and really can be.

Initial Consultation

When you book in for an 50 minute initial consultation it gives you a chance to get to know more about me, and more importantly more about how we plan to work together. As it is widely known that the greatest predictor for positive outcomes for change is the relationship itself, you get to see how you feel about working with me. And you will also go away knowing more about yourself, why you are feeling the way you do, and how you are going to get back the control over your life, your emotions.

The Sessions

In Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, we get to challenge the traditional beliefs of therapy, because my genuine belief is that therapy can and should be fun.  Therapy can be something that you look forward to going to, that feels like a treat, which it is, you are looking after your inner self, the real you. So, what’s different? Well to start with, in the age-old tradition of Solution Focused Therapy we DON’T talk about the problems because if we focus on our problems, we drag them into our future with us. We focus on how we want things to be, rather than how we don’t want them to be. And this vision is unique to everybody.

Maintaining Your Wellbeing

Imagine that you have achieved all your goals, and more. You are back in control of your life, you are feeling unstoppable, back in the game. Why not make sure you stay this way by scheduling a wellbeing maintenance session? Prioritise your own self care to ensure that your mind continues to work just the ay you want it to work, to get the very best out of yourself.

Testimonials
Alice, Melbourne

“I have learned to understand the dynamics of my brain and how I can retrain it to recognise that a situation that I would usually determine as a threat, to be not as bad as I thought. I wish I had tried this sooner, because I’m actually able to do things that I thought I would never be able to do again. I have realised that life should be fun, there are a million great things about my life that I did not recognise before. I’m proud of taking the steps to make myself better and I would absolutely encourage others to try hypnotherapy.”

Video Feedback from Alice:

Hazel, Northampton

I learned to forge new thinking patterns. I no longer dwell on anything. I look to where I want to be next and I make it happen. I was going through a very difficult time when we started, nursing my estranged Mum, who I’d struggled with for years, to recover from a stroke. A dear friend died during my time with Hannah and, immediately after our sessions were completed, my dad died suddenly. The tools Hannah gave me got me through all this in a real forward-facing way. I believe I can deal with anything now. What Hannah offered was calm, reliable security and the safe knowledge that I would always feel great afterwards. Hannah was my safe, happy place. I now need only to hear her voice through my mp4 to feel secure in my ability to do it for myself.

Sasha, London

Not only have I now been able to create my own increase in natural serotonin, Hannah has helped me change my mind set to a more positive one, helping me see the beauty in life and the importance of appreciating all the good things, rather than putting my attention on the negatives. I also feel a lot calmer, have less low mood days and am confident that I have all the tools I need to raise my own spirits instead of drowning in my   creates an amazing safe, judgement-free space and was able to make me feel completely comfortable with her from the first session.

A bit about me:

Hello, and welcome. Thank you so much for your interest and curiosity. In return I would like to share with you some things about myself. As you probably already know by now my name is Hannah, and I have worked in mental health and wellbeing for over 33-year years, as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, and a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. This means that I have had the privilege to work alongside people when they have often been going through the most challenging time in their lives. I have utter respect for those that have allowed me to work with them, because accepting support is not easy, and often takes a leap of faith that can be incredibly frightening, especially when we are feeling scared or lost.

One thing that I would like you to know about myself before you decide if you want to make contact with me, to find out a little bit more, is that I am essentially a flawed human being. And I’m really proud of that. I’m a mom, a sister, an aunt, a partner, a nurse, a therapist, a friend, a colleague and many, many, more things. I have experienced success and celebrated with gusto, and I have made mistakes, and at times felt despair. I have made poor decisions, or been unable to make any decision, immobilised by fear. But at ALL of these times I have done the best that I could at the time, with the resources and knowledge that I had. I have accepted my failings and found ways of growing and doing better, moving away from self-loathing and judgment to showing myself compassion for the fallible human that I am.

As Matt Haig, an author I love, wrote:

“Don’t aim for perfection. Evolution, and life, only happen through mistakes.”
